The Chicago Health & Health Systems Project works to provide the most recent information available about the health of Chicago residents and the resources available to serve them. The dynamic nature of Chicago’s health care system makes tracking the establishment of new service sites and changes with existing sites particularly challenging. In our efforts to identify existing health care resources, it is possible that some sites were inadvertently missed.
