Community Forum
On May 25, 2005, Health Chicago Lawn hosted a forum to present results of our community assessments. Over 60 people joined together, along with then-CDPH Commissioner John Wilhelm, to discuss the coalition's findings regarding access to comprehensive health services, youth development, healthy lifestyles and behaviors, and community and civic engagement. Participants were then invited to sign up for action groups to begin the action phase of HCL's strategic plan. For more information on HCL's action groups, please click here.
