HAP HAP: At the Children's Museum
Partnering with The Chicago Children's Museum, The Chicago Park District, Action for Children and other community agencies, HAP took community members to the Make It Count! day at the Children's Museum. This day of health activities was fun for the whole family. Albany Park residents participated in many activities, from yoga to dance to story telling. Through these programs participants learned about exciting ways for the whole family to practice healthy behaviors.
