- HAPLink is an online resource guide. All community organizations are welcome to list information about their programs on this website. The Health Albany Park Coalition (HAP) maintains the information. Organizations are responsible for providing us up to date information. HAP does not specifically endorse any of the services listed.
- You can search for resources and programs in two ways:
- Look at all the programs one organization has by going to the Service Organizations drop-down menu and selecting the desired organization. Programs that provide services in more than one category may be listed more than once.
- Look for a specific type of program by going to the Service Types drop-down menu and clicking on a type of service.
- You can move between pages listing service types and organizations.
- Did you encounter any problems using the HAPLink?
- Would you like to add your organization's information to the HAPLink?
- Would you like to update your organization's information on the HAPLink?
